Position Overview
The Remote Data Entry Operator is a pivotal member of the Customer Service Division within careerzynith’s Business Operations. Reporting to the Data Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for entering large volumes of data with exceptional speed and accuracy, maintaining utility account records, and supporting a variety of administrative processes that keep our customer communications running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update customer information in the careerzynith Customer Information System (CIS) and related public works software platforms.
- Establish and maintain utility accounts, ensuring that each account meets eligibility criteria and is correctly configured for service delivery.
- Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders for field technicians, billing departments, and other internal stakeholders.
- Generate and format files for mass customer communications, including newsletters, outage notices, and promotional materials.
- Assist with the mailing of billing statements, service notices, and other correspondence generated in‑house, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Scan, archive, and retain critical documents in accordance with careerzynith’s records management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Enter performance metrics into Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking databases to support ongoing operational analysis.
