Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a PeopleSoft Finance Consultant with extensive experience in finance and accounting systems. The role involves managing various finance-related tasks such as accounts payable, general ledger, and banking integration, while also providing solutions to complex issues.
Responsibilities
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
- Demonstrated experience in AP Banking, PeopleSoft Finance, Time and Labor functional experience
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience in General Ledger
- Experience in Banking / Cash Management
- Experience in Purchasing / Procurement integration
- Ability to analyze accounting entries, journal generation, chart fields, distribution lines, combo edits, budget checking, and finance integration issues
- Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Ability to assist with financial reconciliations, reporting, audit support, and data validation
- Experience in issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis
- Must be able to recommend solutions to complex issues
- Good working knowledge of People tools, SQL and other tools
- Experience in gathering business requirements, proposing process improvements, stakeholder management, preparing Functional design and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with Ticketing systems like ServiceNow
