As a Project Manager, you will oversee project delivery, enhance partner experiences, and contribute to customer success in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
- Plan, organise, and manage resources using structured delivery methodologies
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication
- Monitor project health through metrics, proactively managing risks, issues, budgets and changes
- Balance priorities and coordinate tasks across internal teams and partners
- Deliver clear updates and progress reports to stakeholders at all levels
- Guide customers and partners through Pax8 best practices to maximise project outcomes
- Continuously improve personal capability through training, mentoring, and on-the-job development
Skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading project delivery within a professional services or technology environment
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Detail-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Familiarity with project management tools and platforms
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of cloud technologies is advantageous
- Professional certifications in project management are beneficial
