The role involves managing the Salesforce environment, including user setup and data integrity, as well as collaborating with teams to enhance workflows and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Hat Trick Productions’ Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Creating and updating validation rules
- Building and refining dashboards and reports
- Ensuring data quality and integrity
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Translating business needs into Salesforce configurations
- Providing user support and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve reporting and analytics
Skills
- Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security settings, and configuration of standard objects
- Experience creating and maintaining Validation Rules to support accurate data entry and compliance with business processes
- Ability to design and manage Dashboards and reports for clear, actionable insights
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, troubleshooting issues, and improving system performance
- Effective Communication skills for partnering with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and supporting end users
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or progress toward certification) is strongly preferred
- Experience working in media, entertainment, or production environments is a plus
