The role involves solving complex business problems, modernizing legacy systems, and leveraging AI tools to enhance software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET 10, Blazor Server, SQL Server, and Azure
- Develop new platforms and applications supporting innovative insurance products and business initiatives
- Build APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation solutions across multiple business functions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality software solutions
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and quality
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, and SQL Server
- Experience with Azure cloud services and modern software architecture
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment
- Insurance, financial services, or fintech experience
- Experience modernizing legacy systems
- Experience with Azure Data Platform, Power BI, or enterprise integrations
