Position Overview

careerzynith is hiring ambitious and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) — internally known as Business Improvement Agents — to join our fully remote team. As a vital member of our sales organization, you will be on the front lines of our growth strategy, engaging prospective customers, generating qualified leads, and delivering outstanding customer experiences that leave a lasting impression on every person you speak with.

In this role, you will spend your day making outbound and handling inbound calls, presenting our clients' exceptional products and services, qualifying prospects, and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals. Your ability to communicate with confidence, build rapport quickly, and maintain accurate records will be key to your success.
