As a Senior Data Entry & Voice‑of‑Customer Analytics Lead, you will be at the heart of careerzynith’s VoC transformation journey. You will help design, build, and maintain the data pipelines that capture, cleanse, and analyze feedback from more than five million surveys collected annually across multiple languages and regions. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, service enhancements, and the overall customer experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Partner closely with product owners, business analysts, and technology teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Data Architecture & Modeling: Design and implement scalable data models on the careerzynith data platform, ensuring high‑quality, standardized metric definitions for VoC analytics.
- Big Data Processing: Leverage Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to enable batch and real‑time analytics that deliver actionable insights.
- Automation & Efficiency: Identify repetitive tasks and develop automation scripts (Python, Shell) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning to guarantee data accuracy and reliability across all use cases.
- Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and visualizations that communicate key findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Agile Delivery: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, deliver incremental improvements, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior team members on best practices in data engineering, analytics, and agile methodologies.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work with the Global Service Network (GSN) and Advanced Engineering Teams (AET) to prioritize, define, and monitor analytics for diverse VoC use cases.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting.
- Proven track record designing and maintaining large‑scale data pipelines in a cloud or on‑premise environment.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with survey platforms and VoC tools (e.g., careerzynith’s own survey solution).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and technical leads to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Solid grasp of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to present complex data insights in a clear, compelling manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with additional big‑data technologies such as Kafka, Flink, or Presto.
