Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, booking coordination, customer support, and travel-related administrative tasks.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and certification opportunities are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements
Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, tours, and excursions
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
Provide accurate travel information, pricing details, and destination recommendations
Maintain client records and booking information using online reservation systems
Communicate with travel suppliers and vendor partners to confirm reservations and travel details
Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience
Stay current on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination updates
Complete required training programs and industry certifications
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
Relationship Building

Communicate professionally with travel suppliers and vendor partners
